Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hassan. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team management, business development, and achieving revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and encourage a team of sales professionals and channel partners to meet sales goals.

- Create and implement sales strategy to increase business growth.

- Discover and acquire new clients and business prospects through a variety of media.

- Monitor sales performance and take remedial action as required.

- Hold sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations with the team.

- Ensure timely follow-up and sales lead closing.

- Build and maintain good connections with important customers, distributors, and business partners.

- Stay informed about market developments, competition actions, and client preferences.

- Comply with business policy and industry requirements.

- Travel across Hassan and the surrounding areas to promote company growth.

Candidate Profile:

- At least two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiating abilities.

- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

- Capability to create and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and goal-oriented.

- Expertise with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel widely throughout Hassan.

- Experience with life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.

- Effective networking and client relationship management abilities.

- The ability to assess data and develop successful sales tactics.
