Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager for our Agency Sales team in the insurance sector. Continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Key responsibility :

- Monitor sales performance, provide necessary support, and offer guidance to agents to ensure they meet individual and team sales targets.


- To make sure agents reach their individual and team sales goals, track sales performance, when needed, and provide direction. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Candidate profile: -

Education: - graduation is mandatory

Experience: -minimum 2 years in any Field Sales

Skill: - strong communication skill

CTC +Incentives( 250000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
