Objective: A business development manager (BDM) is in charge of the sales force, looks for new prospects, and aids in the expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish objectives and targets for increasing revenue and business.
- Do research and put plans in place to reach new markets.
- In those markets, find possible customers.
- Follow up with prospects and assist them in the sales process.
- Establish objectives as a team and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
- Age range: 21-38 years old.
- Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
