Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive the sales of insurance products through a network of agents. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with agents, providing them with ongoing training and support, and helping them achieve their sales targets.

LOCATION :

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and train new insurance agents to expand the network.

- Sell insurance products through agents to meet customer needs.

- Offer continuous training and guidance to agents to boost their sales performance.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in the insurance market and customer requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines during all transactions.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the BFSI or insurance sectors.

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.

- Proven track record in sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with agents and customers.

- Candidates should be from the local area.

Age: 21 to 38 years old.
