Job Description:

As a Senior Development Manager, you will take a leadership role in driving agency sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the growth of the business. Your focus will be on acquiring high-potential clients and promoting insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients through direct sales and referrals.

- Strategize and implement sales plans to meet individual and team targets.

- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance products.

- Build and mentor a team of associates to achieve sales goals.

- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- 1-2+ years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
