Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Role:


A Sales Development Manager leads a team of SDRs to identify new leads and build a strong sales pipeline. They ensure the team meets goals through coaching, performance management, and effective planning.

Responsibilities :

1. Hire, train, and acclimate new sales team members.

2. locating fresh commercial prospects.

3. Build a solid sales funnel and assist the team in acquiring new clients.

4. Find, hire, and train new members of the sales team.

5. Encourage teamwork while maintaining objective focus.

6. Continually enhance team performance and sales procedures.

Requirements :

- Any Graduate

- Min 2 to 3 years' experience in Field sales and marketing

- Age between 21 - 38

- Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

- communication skills.
