Agency Development Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to lead and expand our agency operations. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic recruitment, onboarding, and nurturing of high-performing agency teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled agency professionals to meet business objectives.

- Provide comprehensive training to agency teams to enhance performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Set clear performance targets, monitor achievements, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Drive agency performance by developing strategies to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Any Field of study

- 02+ years of experience in agency management, Insurance or sales.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
