Roles And Responsibilities :

- Ensuring assigned and generated targets are achieved

- Responsible for target and MS to maintain business standards

- Managing a team of agents to achieve business objectives

- Overseeing team operations, building and managing relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Responsible for training and development of agents to achieve business goals

- Conducting regular team meetings and reviews to ensure team performance

- Coordinating with branch and regional managers to align strategies with organizational goals

- Implementing and monitoring compliance and regulatory requirements
