We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee and mentor a team within our insurance operations. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring high performance, and driving team engagement while meeting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze team metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role/ BFSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvement.
