Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring a Business Development Manager in the insurance sector to drive growth and manage our agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train agents.
- Manage and motivate the team.
- Conduct fieldwork and organize sales visits.
- Present products and establish new business.
- Maintain accurate records and attend industry events.
- Review sales performance and achieve targets.
CTC: - 2 LPA to - 4 LPA + Incentives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of local field sales experience.
- Must be local.
