Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Positions and Accountabilities :

- Acquiring new clients investigating the market, the competitors, and potential new clients or business

- Establishing connections Building connections with both current and prospective customers to comprehend their needs

- Displaying merchandise presenting, displaying, and acquainting customers with goods or services

- Sealing agreements Receiving, processing, and completing sales orders

- Offering assistance to clients giving advice to clients or consumers and making sure they enjoy their experience from beginning to end

- Documentation collecting sales data and creating monthly reports on sales to give to managers.

- Establishing objectives defining team and individual staff sales targets and goals, as well as meeting monthly goals

- To actively assume the position of a consultant by offering clients pertinent clarifications and solutions to the issues they bring up.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
