Functions and Accountability :
- The sales manager team will be in charge of hiring the team (life insurance advisors) from within their personal and professional networks.
- Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- Locate and attract possible Insurance Advisors
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a sustained relationship between the agency and the agents.
- Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
- Cultivating trusting relationships with clients and the team.
Adhere to and put into practice the Need-Based Selling Model.
The profile of the candidate :
- Any degree at all in bachelor's
- Two or more years of experience in any discipline in sales and marketing
- Age range : 21-38
- A minimum of one year of sales-related work experience.
- Capacity to oversee a sales force.
- Effective selling, negotiating, and communication abilities
