We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless digital experiences by creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. This role requires strong expertise in user experience principles, design systems, and industry-standard tools to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Adopt and comply with the Extreme Design System (EDS) and experience guidelines, including taxonomy, content structure, and accessibility (a11y).

- Develop user journey maps, annotated wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation that align with EDS patterns and standards.

- Engage in design sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo ceremonies to prioritize and deliver high-quality design artifacts.

- Collaborate closely with design leadership, product teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design strategies.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between design, development, and business teams to align on project goals.

- Follow best practices for Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and Persona-based design approaches to enhance user experience.

- Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterative feedback sessions to refine and improve product design.

- Ensure consistency and scalability of designs across multiple platforms, focusing on SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and complex enterprise software products.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Digital Product Designer.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and FigJam.

- Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design documentation.

- Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and user-centric methodologies.

- Ability to work within Agile and Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, content strategists, and product managers.

- Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces for transactional SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, or enterprise applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions effectively.

Educational Qualifications :

- A formal degree or training in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.

- Equivalent work experience in a relevant field will also be considered.
