Structural BIM Modeler

Job Position: BIM Modeler *(Revit -structure)

Qualification: B.Arch./BE Civil

Software Skills: *Revit Structure, AutoCAD, etc software

Minimum of 1 -2 years of Design experience in US projects
Previous experience in 3D Modeling Using Revit structural 
Strong communication and presentation skills
Wood/Steel and concrete structure
Residential, Commercial Structure

Position objective: 
Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform design/drawing tasks
Comprehensive knowledge of Revit structural modelling tools, including advanced features for detailing and connection design.
Familiarity with BIM concepts, workflows, and data management practices.
Ability to interpret and create detailed technical drawings and construction documents
Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Effective communication and coordination with other design team members to ensure a cohesive BIM model
Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule
Produce shop drawings as per details given by engineer/manager
