What you will do at TekLink :

We are looking for hands-on project managers to join our team at Hyderabad. As PM you will be leading multi-shore delivery teams delivering analytics and planning projects across domains and technologies including SAP and Cloud technologies.

What we are looking for :

- Should have minimum 10 yrs experience in IT industry.

- Successfully lead teams as a Project Manager.

- Should have worked on any programming languages Cloud or SAP background or Data Visualization with DWH skills.

- Fluent in Agile best practices and mindset, manage a list of required features the Product Backlog and ensure they are prioritized based on value, size, risk, and other relevant considerations.

- Foster and develop a strong relationship with your client and between the members of your cross-functional team

- Collaborate with your client to establish a strategic vision, objectives and KPIs for the project, and ensure that it is communicated and understood by the team.

- Progressively decompose and refine the Product Backlog from Sprint to Sprint in response to insights about opportunities, constraints, and risks.

- Experience in managing Analytics or planning projects or previous work experience on these technologies is required.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of small to mid-size

- Capable of maintaining a consistent and calm presence for the team during periods of high or low intensity on the project

- Detail oriented, self-organizing and skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple workstream.

- Previous experience in leading RFP response / proposals will be a definite plus.

- Lead day to day execution to meet the objectives and KPIs. More specifically, work with engineering team and QA to ensure delivery of a work product that meets the requirements and acceptance criteria through ongoing collaboration - Preferred.
