Power BI Delivery Lead-Only Immediate Joiners

What you will do at TekLink

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and extensive experience with Power BI, along with other visualization tools like Tableau, Business Objects, and Qlik. This role will involve leading the delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions, managing data models, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and decision-making.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Lead the delivery of Power BI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models in Power BI, including working with Azure Analysis Services and Tabular data modeling.
• Ensure the accuracy, performance, and scalability of data models.
• Utilize your strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
• Work with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, or AWS to manage and integrate data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
• Continuously explore and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

What we are looking for:

• 12+ years of experience with Data visualization products
• Minimum 6 years of project experience with Power BI
• Proven experience in delivering Power BI projects, with a solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, or Qlik.
• Strong data modeling skills, particularly in Power BI, including a good understanding of Azure Analysis Services and Tabular data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
