Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Java + Struts Developer with proven expertise in Struts frameworks (1.1, 2, and preferably 6) and strong hands-on experience in Java development.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of MVC frameworks, web technologies, and server configuration, capable of taking ownership of projects and leading development efforts.

Key Skills :

- Java, Struts (1.1, 2, 6).

- JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- MVC frameworks (Spring MVC, JSF, or similar).

- Spring Security.

- Tomcat configuration.

- Struts tag libraries, validations, action classes.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Struts and Java technologies.

- Configure and manage Tomcat servers.

- Lead development projects and mentor team members.

- Ensure high-quality code and efficient solutions.

- Solve complex technical problems with a hands-on approach.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
