Who are we looking for?

A skilled SCCM with Intune (MEM) administrator to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client for their end points. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration, deployment & Patch Management & end point effective C0-management.

Experience: 5-10 years

Technical Skills & Roles:

MEM Administration

• Administer general SCCM CB daily administration, Desktop Patching & SW deployments
• Worked on the latest MEM (MS End Point Manager), Intune & Co Management.
• Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM.
• Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.
• Exclusive experience in handling the Patch management for the Desktops. (Applications, OS & Off updates).
• Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.
• Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy.
• Able to perform efficient Remediation of the Patches in the failed devices, Manually or through scripts to increase the compliance
• Assist in application and package/program distribution and deployment to collections.
• Deploy Microsoft patches and other updates on a scheduled basis
• Assist Desktop Support in SCCM client repair, troubleshooting, and remediation
• Coordinate core infrastructure changes affecting SCCM hierarchy with relevant IT personnel
• Provide application/Windows OS installation/configuration/patching as well as data reporting (application install status, client health, etc.) leveraging Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Provide technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of PC and related software.
• Troubleshoot software install/configuration failures and provide regular status to customer.
• Perform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in AD, App Packaging
