Project Manager - PMP Certified (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead and drive multiple cross functional teams on various projects using Waterfall methods.

- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization & Good in problem solving.

- Should have knowledge in working with smart sheet.

- Experience delivering diverse Cyber Security projects (Risk Management and Controls, Security Tools, Cloud Sec, Digital Services Delivery, PII, AIM etc.) in a large enterprise environment.

- Actively remove or facilitate removal of impediments that block progress of program or product delivery.

- Support and educate the Product Owners and their teams to ensure a healthy Product WBS and Backlog

- Partner and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and any dependent teams.

- Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans.

- Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases. Teams may be globally dispersed.

- Champion and foster project change management processes, procedures, and industry best practices.

- Foster team accountability while ensuring continual flow of high-quality value from the outcomes.

- Ensure that projects follow standard operating policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, a pragmatic approach, and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation.

- Self-motivated work ethic facilitation and managing activities throughout the various stages of project lifecycle.

- Pays attention to team needs and pivots his/ her approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.

- The candidate should be trustworthy be able to state Project Management Artifacts in each phase of the project from initiation till closure

- Candidate must have good experience in Stakeholder management & communication, conflict resolution etc.

- should be able to give enough examples if these be able to give proper explanation of any gaps in career be able to provide detailed approach towards Risk management

- Not just be a Scrum Master or Agile Coach have a problem solver approach have project curiosity and ability to learn new things understand

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university

- Should be Active PMP Certified from PMI

- Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams using creativity to solve problems.

- Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience leading Information Technology and Cyber Security projects

- Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization.

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities and driving vulnerabilities to remediation.

Years of experience needed : 6 to 10 years

Technical Skills :

- 6-8 years of full-time work experience in information security management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management)

- Information security management qualifications such as CISSP - ISSMP, SANs, CISM

- A background in technical IT roles such as IT architecture, development or operations.

Certifications Needed : Active PMP Certified from PMI Institute
