Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the BFSI/Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL. You will play a key role in transforming and analyzing large datasets to derive insights that drive business decisions and enhance banking operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that support strategic decision-making.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable data-driven recommendations.

- Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, PySpark, and SQL.

- Perform complex data analysis and data modeling to support business strategies in the BFSI sector.

- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve data quality, data collection methods, and reporting processes.

- Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements in the BFSI/Banking sector.

- Provide continuous improvements in data processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data analysis and manipulation.

- Extensive experience with SQL for data querying and reporting.

- Familiarity with big data technologies and tools.

- Domain Knowledge : At least 5+ years of experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector or related fields.

- Data Analytics Expertise : Proven track record of working on data-driven projects, developing insights from data, and improving business processes through analytics.

- Communication Skills : Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
