Tekclan Software Solution - Salesforce Lead (5-7 yrs)

Designation : Salesforce Lead.

Experience: 5+ years.

Location : Chennai , Taramani , WFO.

Preference to join : immediate to 15 days of notice period

Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, along with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

- You will play a key role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, and ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Apex Development: Strong expertise in writing Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous operations (Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, etc.

- Lightning Web Components (LWC): Proven experience with LWC and building modern, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces.

- Aura Framework: Knowledge of the Aura framework for building custom Lightning components.

- Salesforce Configuration: Hands-on experience with standard Salesforce configurations such as objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.

- Salesforce Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforse with external systems using REST/SOAP APls, middleware, and data integration tools.

- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with Salesforse development tools like Developer.

- Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Git version control.

- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforse Platform Developer I or Il (or equivalent) certification is preferred.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex Issues.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile development environments and working with Scrum teams is a plus.
