Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and process non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, PERM, etc.
- Prepare and submit immigration documentation to USCIS, DOL, and other relevant agencies.
- Track visa status and ensure timely renewals and extensions.
- Provide guidance on immigration issues related to travel, status changes, and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between employees, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
