CFA Operations Manager - Supply Chain

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the supply chain team, ensuring efficient warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and transportation processes.
  
• Oversee 3PL activities such as order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and returns management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of 3PL concepts including order fulfillment, reverse logistics, returns management etc.
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale warehouse operations with high accuracy levels.
  
• Excellent knowledge of Inventory Management principles including stock control systems & practices.
  
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
