Assistant Manager/Manager - HR

Position Summary:

The incumbent would be responsible for managing all aspects of HR within a manufacturing facility across the employee life cycle.

Experience:

8-10 years of experience in managing employee life cycle in a factory / manufacturing set up

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations at the plant level, conduct one-on-one with employees and manage grievances in collaboration with leadership
• Oversee recruitment, employee induction for all new hires and coordinate with vendors
• Design and implement HR Handbook and HR Policies for the factory and promote awareness of factory specific HR policies
• Drive the Performance management process for factory staff
• Focus on employee retention strategies and engagement activities tailored to factory staff
• Support with attendance and other inputs as required for payroll
• Maintain accurate and timely HR reports and MIS as required by the management.
