Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Management Consultant to support service management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud service management initiatives.
Manage incident resolution, change management, and service requests.
Ensure system performance, stability, and compliance with business requirements.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance cloud-based SAP services.
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
Document solutions, create user manuals, and provide training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
Expertise in SAP Public Cloud service delivery and incident management.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
Experience in cloud-based SAP monitoring tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
