We need a strong Lead candidate mixture of below skills and really understand the business requirement & has business acumen, Familiar with Financial, supply chain, & operational/Service KPI like COPQ, cash conversion cycle etc

Our main source of data is SAP which runs on Oracle DB, then we have Microsoft BPC for forecasting.

We use mainly Power BI for Dashboard, Snowflake for data warehouse. Some on Prem Datawarehouse also exists.

Summarized by my team in a call we had today with client. Basically, they are looking for:

Someone who can interact with C-Level Executives and get them their BI Reports with showing the KPI s that they need
Getting Data from SAP & SFDC that flows into Snowflake and then needs to be able Build Financial Reports in PowerBI that gives them critical information on Manufacturing, Inventory and Financial Matters.
Need to understand Financial Jargon. Their current offshore BI Team Members don t grasp things like GL, CO Codes, COPQ which means Cost of Poor Quality
Ability to understand Warehouse Concepts. They have 5 WH Worldwide, but only dropped 3 names - New Hampshire, Spain, Israel - two others but didn t say where.
Number of Years of Experience: I would say approx. 15 years and who speaks well and has worked on SAP with SFDC as the CRM System of Record and who knows Business Objects Data Services as their ETL Tool and Power BI for reporting.
