Lead UX Designer

• Lead and manage a team of UX designers, providing leadership, mentorship, and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality design output.
• Drive the UX strategy and oversee the entire design process, including user research,information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align business objectives with user needs and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring the designs are user-centered and effective.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UX guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that user experience is a key consideration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience and design process.
• Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the design rationale and gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions,providing guidance and support during the development phase.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX design projects, showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
• Proven expertise in UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
