Job Description

Office Location : Rajouri Garden, New Delhi

Timing: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of driving sales, building and managing high-performance teams, and exceeding revenue targets. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Handle and respond to inbound leads through various channels (email, phone, chat, etc.) with a focus on converting them into clients.
  • Understand the client's marketing needs and goals, and pitch the appropriate marketing packages, including digital ads, social media management, UGC creation, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized marketing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided and fostering repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably within the digital marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), content marketing, social media strategies, UGC, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
