Manager - Marketing & Promotions

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our stationery products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and updates.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website.

• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, and advertisements.

• Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.

• Provide marketing support for sales presentations, meetings, and events.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

New Product Launch:

• Preparing launch calendar.

• Coordinating with the Business Development team

D/Packaging/Production Planning/Legal Brand Registration/Distribution/ Training.

• Preparing launch plan pre-launch, launch, post launch.

• Launching to Field Force.

• Follow up post launch monitoring prescribes, Rx, secondary sales and

availability.

The person will be responsible for the development, production, and execution of

television commercials that effectively promote our stationery products.
