Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI models and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered functionalities.

- Write clean, efficient Python code for data processioning, model training, and deployment.
- Experiment with model optimization techniques, including parameter tuning and algorithmic innovations.
- Build APIs and integrate AI/ML solutions into scalable applications.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
- Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Document technical processes, tools, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, focusing on Python-based solutions.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
- AI/ML Expertise: Practical experience with transformer models, large language models (LLMs), and NLP.
- Data Skills: Strong skills in data processioning, feature engineering, and handling structured and unstructured datasets.
- Deployment: Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and ML model deployment pipelines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions using AI-driven approaches.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and MLOps tools.
