Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide information on our products/services
Lead Generation: Assist the team in researching and identifying new sales leads, following up via calls and emails
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team on pitches, presentations, and client meetings
Market Research: Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends to spot potential opportunities
Customer Relationship Management: Update CRM records, ensuring client information is well-maintained
Sales Reporting: Help prepare daily and weekly reports to track and analyze sales performance

What Were Looking For

Freshers with strong verbal and written communication skills
A keen interest in sales and basic knowledge of sales concepts
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn CRM tools
