Sales Manager

Technocratic Solutions, a leading provider of remote contractual IT resources, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with expertise in the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in IT. Role & responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets by leveraging industry knowledge and network.
• Strategize, plan, and execute business development activities to expand market reach.
• Manage and mentor a small sales or business development team when required.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to meet client expectations and deliver quality staffing solutions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales within the staffing and recruitment industry, with a focus on IT sector. Prior experience in managing a team is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Go-getter attitude with a knack for overcoming challenges and meeting aggressive targets.
• Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, small but growing company environment.
• Education: MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
