Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. Combining deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, APIs, and integrations with strong problem-solving skills, you will ensure robust, long-term systems that support business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical depth, with a focus on delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions. Experience in the oil or energy sector is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities -Salesforce Vlocity

Solution Design & Delivery:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Architect and document scalable, performance-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to client business needs.

Lead technical design sessions and ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives.

Project Oversight & Governance:

Provide technical oversight for Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.

Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.

Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Collaboration & Client Engagement:

Partner with Salesforce product teams and client stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, Proof-of-Concept (POC) development, and technical deep dives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Standards & Methodologies:

Define and promote coding, release management, and deployment standards.

Advocate for platform security best practices, including TLS, SSL, SAML, SSO, and OAuth.

Ensure solutions adhere to data sharing and visibility considerations and are optimized for large data volumes.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide guidance to development teams on Salesforce best practices and technical design.

Mentor junior team members to build internal expertise and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities for improving project delivery and technical processes.
