We are seeking a talented and passionate AIML Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) solutions for various applications. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of AIML projects, from conception to deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AIML models:
• Design and build deep learning models for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and speech recognition.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent systems.
• Train and optimize models for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Integrate AIML models with other systems and applications.
• Design and implement evaluation metrics for AIML models.
• Research and stay up-to-date:
• Conduct research on the latest advancements in AIML research and development.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential application in our projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Collaboration and communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate on project planning, implementation, and deployment.
• Documentation and maintenance:
• Document your work clearly and concisely.
• Maintain and improve existing AIML models and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Data analysis and processing:
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
• Develop data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
• Work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AIML models for real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of deep learning and machine learning concepts.
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) a plus.
