Placement Coordinator

• Candidate must be able to talk to clients to understand their requirement and must help us to place our candidates in companies.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential employers through regular communication, networking events, and industry outreach.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Build and maintain a database of potential employers and job openings.
• Negotiate and finalize placement terms and conditions with employers.
• Candidate Screening & Matching:
• Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to identify suitable matches for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Provide career guidance and counseling to candidates on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present them to potential employers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Placement & Follow-up:
• Successfully place candidates in suitable positions with employers.
• Conduct post-placement follow-up with both candidates and employers to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
• Track and analyze placement data to identify areas for improvement.
