UI Path Developer/ Lead Developer

Job Summary:

Technodysis is looking for an experienced UI Path Developer/ Lead to lead automation initiatives and drive efficiency across complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core development, stakeholder management, and process automation across web-based applications, OCR engines, Action Center, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UI Path, ensuring scalability and performance.
✅ Process Automation: Work on automation projects across web-based applications, OCR engines, and Action Center while integrating with enterprise systems.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, understand processes, and provide automation solutions aligned with business needs.
✅ Code Optimization & Best Practices: Ensure high-quality coding standards, error handling, and logging mechanisms for robust automation workflows.
✅ Bot Deployment & Maintenance: Manage bot deployment, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operations post-implementation.
✅ Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, optimizing workflows for better efficiency.
✅ Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear documentation for automation workflows, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

🔹 4-10 years of hands-on experience in UI Path development with a strong understanding of RPA architecture and best practices.
🔹 Proven expertise in automating web-based applications, OCR engines, Action Center, and API integrations.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex automation solutions.
🔹 Experience in handling stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and translating them into scalable automation solutions.
🔹 Good knowledge of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and logging mechanisms.
🔹 Familiarity with SQL databases, Python, and AI/ML integrations is a plus.
🔹 UI Path certification (Advanced Developer or equivalent) is preferred.
