Basic qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech civil/mechanical/electrical

• To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Responsible for signing off client UAT

• A good understanding of the characteristics of projects, over the project life cycle.
• Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as the different procurement routes, infrastructure / non-infrastructure construction process and process technology etc.
• Good judgment of program, time & quality with ability to resolve issues.
• Good understanding of project performance metrics including Earned Value Management.
• Producing high quality work to agreed timescales.
• Work and communicate with others at all levels.
• Effectively present and discuss ideas and plans.
• Able to make systematic rational judgments in solving posed problems. Excellent verbal and written communications, including detailed reports and presentations.
