Quality Engineer

Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality, reliability, usability, and
performance.
Provide technical guidance and support in quality tesO ng, analysis, and documentaO on.
Conduct EMI/EMC tests and implement correcO ve acO ons for idenO fied issues.
Perform root cause analysis and iniO ate correcO ve acO ons for defected materials and field
failures.
Verify 100% of modules as per test formats and document observaO ons.
Develop and maintain work instrucO ons, test formats, and quality documentaO on.
Supervise quality control funcO ons, including incoming, outgoing, supplier approval, and
customer quality assurance.
Prepare and review Quality Control Plans and inspecO on reports.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance acO viO es
Review Approve inspecO ons reports, and the documentaO on issued by QC team
Ensure the use of properly calibrated equipment and test jigs for accurate tesO ng.
Review analysis of Defect Material Reports, driving root cause analysis and correcO ve acO ons
taken to resolve quality issues, field failures for various components.
Maintain a zero-defect policy for outgoing quality to uphold the highest industry standards
