Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
  
• Prepare GST returns and perform stock audits to ensure accuracy.
  
• Oversee dispatch operations and physical verifications of materials received.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tax reports (TDS) and maintain records accordingly.
  
• Perform store management tasks such as material receipt, storage, and issuance.

• ERP Data entry reporting
• Material inward / outward.
• Material planning as per customer schedule / Sale order.- Material Procurement.
• Preparation invoice, Purchase order in ERP
• Sub contracting material dispatch / receipt and reconcillation.
• Inventory management RM Store stock maintainace
• Inventory management for Finish Goods
• Able to handle Stores in bill book and Mrg ERP
• Arranging Dispatchs
