Technical Support Engineer - I

Proven 1 to 4 years of working experience in Application Support, enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer. preferably in the Payment domain
Strong exposure to MySQL and writing SQL queries
Understanding & Experience in scripting languages (Perl, Shell)
Understanding & Experience in LINUX, & UNIX commands
Good understanding of API.
Good undrestaing and experience in debbuging
Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
