Technical Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technical team to ensure optimal performance and effective collaboration.
• Lead and oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the technical infrastructure meets operational requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and improve technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards on all technical operations.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for procedures, configurations, and operational workflows.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems and software.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve the technical capabilities of the organization.
• Coordinate and manage the technical teams schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Support the development and implementation of technical projects from initiation to completion.
