Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Technology Recruiters to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in US IT recruitment to source, engage, and hire exceptional talent across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in diverse domains.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful hires.

What Were Looking For:
Experience: 2–10 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of various technical domains and the ability to source hard-to-find candidates.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.

Results-Oriented: A proactive and target-driven approach to recruitment with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed hiring goals.

Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to the success of the team.
