Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed
project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
Execution & Monitoring: Lead project execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans as
needed; regularly communicate status to stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and
collaboration; support team members to achieve project goals.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues promptly, and
escalate critical concerns as necessary.
Quality & Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; coordinate testing and
deployment, and maintain project documentation.
Budget Management: Monitor budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial
constraints are met.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, manage
expectations, and facilitate meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of IT project management experience in software delivery.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
PMP or similar certification is preferred.
