Project Management:

a. Able to plan (In the Agile model, PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demo , review retrospectives, DoD etc.,)

b. Able execute (Able to make sure the team is delivering the commitments by removing impediments and extending needed support to the team)

c. Able to report the progress and metrics (Weekly reports, Agile metrics, burn down, Business value etc.,)

d. Able to escalate in timely manner (Risk and Issue handling)

1. Technology Understanding:

a. Salesforce configuration is must

b. Technology (last 2 years predominantly) - Apex (Classes & Triggers) (covering best practices, Async Apex, governor limits, design pattern, security aspects)

c. Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, Experience) and Force.com implementations with Lightning Experience

d. Integrations experience and related security aspects. Consuming 3rd party API's, exposing REST based API's from Salesforce, Salesforce OOTB standard API capabilities

e. Salesforce User management/Licence Management strategy

f. Experience in working with AppExchange managed package development. (Good to have), If Yes, in First Generation or Second-Generation package development?

1. Engineering Practices:

a. Understand of technical architecture (Hands on not needed for PM, Understanding of various components and what is their purpose)

b. Understanding of ENG/coding best practices (Along with tools they have used on their projects)

c. Understanding of CI/CD (Assess on sandbox strategy, CI CD approach and design)

d. Understanding of Test Automation

1. People Management:

a. Good People Management skills

Good Client communication and Negotiation skills
