You will play a pivotal role in building a strategic multi-year technology platform for vehicle forecasting, collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with time, scope, and resources.
Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, software engineers, data quality engineers, data science engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality data applications.
Overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Acting as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project/team progress, and unblocking team members.
Managing changes and change requests (to Scope, Time and Budget).
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging skill enhancement and process optimization.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in an Agile environment, plus relevant experience with delivering new products with User Interface and complex backend proceses.
Proven experience managing User Interface applications development is a must have; general knowledge of UI frameworks such as Angular and React is a plus.
Proven experience with cloud native implementations is a must have; general understanding of storage and compute including databases, AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate, AWS API Gateway, and AWS Step Functions is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
