Technical Manager

Job Summary

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects within a program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with the organizations strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Communicate program status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and practices.
Foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices in program management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in
, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
