TechAhead - Technical Lead - Python/Django/Flask (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Python, Django/Flask to guide our development team in building scalable, high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of backend development, API design, and database management.

Additionally, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is highly preferred to drive intelligent solutions within our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of web applications using Python, Django/Flask.

- Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Architect and optimize scalable backend solutions with best security and performance practices.

- Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

- Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.

- Integrate AI/ML models into applications, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain best practices in DevOps and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of professional experience in Python development.

- Proven experience leading a development team or acting as a senior technical resource.

- Strong expertise in Django or Flask frameworks.

- Proficiency in database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Solid experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and guide teams effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps best practices.

- Hands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI-driven applications.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.js or Angular is a plus.
