Who are we looking for? What is the work?

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment while providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust architecture for web applications using MERN stacks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and effective use of design patterns.
Agile Methodologies: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration into our development processes.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Minimum of [5-6 years] of hands-on experience in software development using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular) and/or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React) stacks, Next JS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
Proficient in database management with MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Leadership: Proven experience in leading a development team, with excellent mentoring and communication skills.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
