Job Description

Role: Technical Lead

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Location: Bangalore/Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week from office

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead (Full Stack) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.JS, Node.JS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive technical excellence across projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience in full stack development with React.JS and Node.JS.
Must have handled and led projects end to end including design implementation testing and debugging.
Design develop modify integrate test deploy and support enterprise level applications.
Hands on experience in NodeJS React.JS, Express.JS React Redux HTML5 CSS3 Typescript JavaScript and DevOps.
Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
Familiarity with the whole web stack including protocols Azure and web server optimization techniques.
Participate in the day to day activities of development teams.

Nothing. I have worked in 2 projects. 1st project I worked directly with client(had good experience working with client) and 2nd project on product development, where none of them knows to design the application and all work were dumped to Leads to control the work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No salary hike. No proper management responsibilities.
