Position: Area Technical Head

Location: Balasore, Odisha

Job Description

• The person will be responsible for managing a team of ATOs from one large district or multiple districts. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitoring day-to-day performance of team members.
• Participating in major mason and engineer and customer meets. Liasioning with government departments.
• Work in coordination with Area Sales Managers of respective areas.
• The person needs to be familiar with and can perform all levels of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve market efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Analyze performance data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Address and resolve technical issues that arise in the market. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence at customer end.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing technical training and support to team members. Promote continuous learning and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of technical operations, production data, and project progress. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Desired candidate profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Sufficient years experience and must have worked on different construction project.
• Regional experience will be given significant preference

• Civil & Structural design and construction best practice.
• Understanding of overall construction engineering disciplines
• Civil & Structural Value Engineering
• IT tools and systems supporting Civil & Structural design and construction project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, including rolling, casting, and heat treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
